Whether you order a wooden stick or Flavor Cores, we do our best to process your order quickly and keep you informed at every stage. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be shipped the same day, depending on order volume and product availability. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, during the weekend, or on public holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
As soon as your order is shipped, you automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. You can then follow your parcel online and check delivery progress. We work with reliable carriers such as DPD, PostNL, Bpost, DHL, and other regional partners depending on the destination.

For most European countries, delivery is generally estimated between 1 and 4 working days after the order has been shipped. Denmark: approximately 4 to 5 business days via DPD Sweden: approximately 5 to 6 business days via DPD These delivery times are indicative only. Delays may occur due to high logistical activity, public holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier inspections, or exceptional circumstances.
