Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern sales made through the R-Stick website. They define the rights and obligations between the seller and any person making a purchase on the online store. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms without reservation.
2. Products offered
R-Stick offers wooden-style flavored air sticks as well as Flavor Cores, aromatic refills intended for use with compatible products. R-Stick products are designed for an aromatic experience without nicotine, tobacco, smoke, vapor, or combustion. They are not presented as medical devices, treatments, or guaranteed solutions for quitting smoking. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page, including name, flavor, description, price, available options, and useful information before purchase.
3. Target audience
Products sold on the R-Stick website are intended for adults. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are of legal age according to the laws applicable in their country of residence. R-Stick reserves the right to cancel an order if information suggests that the purchase is being made by or for a minor.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the R-Stick website are in euros (€). Prices may or may not include certain taxes depending on store configuration, the country of delivery, and applicable regulations. Delivery charges are shown before final order confirmation. The total amount due is displayed before final validation. R-Stick reserves the right to change prices at any time. 7. Payment
When online payments are activated, payments on the R-Stick website are processed through secure payment solutions. The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. The customer guarantees that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation when a payment mechanism is active. R-Stick does not directly store complete credit card details. Transactions are handled by secure payment providers.
8. Product availability
Product offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, R-Stick will contact the customer to offer a suitable solution such as replacement, waiting for restocking, store credit, or refund.
9. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from Europe. R-Stick works with reliable carriers such as DPD, PostNL, Bpost, DHL, and regional partners depending on the destination. Orders are generally prepared Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be shipped the same day, depending on order volume and product availability. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, during the weekend, or on public holidays are generally processed on the next business day. After shipment, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.
10. Delivery times and costs
Delivery is generally estimated between 1 and 4 working days depending on the destination country after the order has been shipped. For some destinations, delivery may take longer: Denmark: approximately 4 to 5 business days via DPD Sweden: approximately 5 to 6 business days via DPD Delivery charges are displayed before order confirmation. Free delivery may be offered for orders over €65 according to the conditions shown on the website at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative only. Delays may occur due to high logistical activity, public holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier inspection, or circumstances beyond the control of R-Stick.
11. Delivery address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order. A complete, correct, and deliverable address must be provided, together with the customer's full name. Some carriers may refuse delivery if the address is incomplete, incorrect, or if initials are used instead of a full name. R-Stick cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, losses, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant address.
12. Order receipt
Upon receiving the package, the customer should check the condition of the packaging and products. If the parcel is visibly damaged, open, or incomplete, it is advisable to refuse it or report the issue immediately to the carrier. Any claim regarding a missing, damaged, or incorrect product should be sent to R-Stick as soon as possible, with the order number, a clear description of the issue, and, where possible, photos of the parcel and received items.
13. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, the consumer customer generally has a period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify the decision. The period generally begins on the day after the product is received. If the order is delivered in several parcels, the period may begin on the day after receipt of the last parcel. 14. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain sealed products cannot be returned if they have been opened, unsealed, used, or if their protective packaging has been removed after delivery. This may include products intended for direct contact with the mouth, such as certain sticks, mouthpieces, accessories, or Flavor Cores when their sealed packaging has been opened. Returned products must therefore be new, complete, unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging.
15. Product returns
After informing R-Stick of the decision to withdraw, the customer must return the products within 14 days. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise specified in writing by R-Stick. Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. R-Stick cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered return parcels. The return address is provided after the withdrawal or return request is reviewed.
16. Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal and after receipt of the return, R-Stick will issue the refund within the period required by applicable rules. The refund may be delayed until the returned products are received or until the customer provides proof of return shipment. The refund is made using the payment method used for the order unless otherwise agreed. Products returned incomplete, opened, used, damaged, soiled, or unsuitable for resale for hygiene reasons may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
